Softball Age Restrictions: 5 year old children MUST turn 6 by May 1, 2011 Teenage boys must NOT turn 18 prior to May 1, 2011 Teenage girls must NOT turn 19 prior to May 1, 2011
WHY BARNABAS CO-ED SOFTBALL? With co-educational sports programs, your children learn to interact with boys AND girls, each being judged on their ability and effort, thus breaking down the stereotypical image of boys vs. girls. Our program teaches the children to respect each other and work together for a common goal. Though competitive in nature, our program focuses on teamwork and learning more than the “win at all costs” attitude.
WHAT WE PROVIDE: · Everyone plays every game, all game long. · Free pop or freeze pop after every game · Participation Awards for ALL players · Shirt, Visor, Socks (All Yours to Keep). · Championship & Divisional Trophies · Volunteers to work the snack stand, prepare the fields on game days, and sell raffle tickets are always needed, but there are no mandatory fund raisers or additional fees.
