Barnabas Athletic Association

Dear Parents;

       1)I would like to thank you for putting your child’s hands in our organization. I hope they will learn, as well as enjoy themselves.

       2)This is a learning process for both your child/children and you. Please don’t get mad. Encourage them, cheer them on, all the children, NOT JUST YOURS!!!!.

       3)Our Monday games will start at 6:30. Please try and be there by 6:10, this way here the children could get familiar with the diamonds and players that they are playing with.  I do realize that I said that most of our games would be on Monday night.

      4)If you can’t make it, please call your child’s coach or myself as soon as possible. The children will be assigned a position and that in the event that the child does not show up, the coach will have to do some moving around. Vacations are no problem either.

       5)Please watch your child around  the parking lot on Saturdays. Like I said earlier, there are games ending and just beginning, so try and keep them near you in the parking lot area as people will be leaving.

     6)Please try and have your child go to the bathroom before the games start.  It is a far run if a child has to go to the bathroom while down from diamond #4.

     7)Diamond # 3 is located near the snack stand. Diamond #4  is located inside the gate down farther.

     8) Practices will be held at 11:15. We will have all 30 players available for practice so we will be very busy down on Diamond #4.

     9)If you take pictures and would like to put them on our web site. Please let me know. I will give you a link to our web master. You can send them to him and he will put them on the web site.

     10)Last but not least-If you have an idea or a suggestion, please bring it to me or a coach. It might make all it easier on everyone.

    11)Picture day will be announced.
